This weekend I was introduced to the Spike & Mike’s “Festival of Animation” at the Music Box Theatre on N. Southport. I’ll have to be honest that I went into it thinking it was going to be measurably lame and I was just going to humor the little lady that wanted to go. So I attended. Little did I know that it would be a hilarious mix of comical & animated shorts. It was most definitely worth the time and money and I’m glad I ended up attending. Otherwise, there really wasn’t much happening, other than the blur that Friday night turned into. Damn you Jameson at 6 p.m!!!
